Relationships do not come with an instruction manual. We create them through meaning and roles that we take on based on our own life history, values, perceptions, and expectations of what relationships should look like. Unfortunately, our internal narrative does not always match that of our partner. Relationships are complex and each one is unique. I work with couples to help them address the issues that are hindering their relationship and create a common narrative that reflect their values and hopes.
