You know how to survive.
The life you want will emerge from within.
You might not feel it now...

Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy
What makes this practice unique is that it draws on two professions — clinical counselling and occupational therapy.
As a counsellor, I work with how you think, feel, and make sense of what you've been through.
As an occupational therapist, I work with how you function day to day: the physical and cognitive sides of living — energy, attention, routines, work, and the practical business of rebuilding life after illness or injury.
Each brings a different lens, and together they offer a fuller understanding of what you're facing.
Who I Work With?
I work with people whose situation doesn’t fit neatly into one category — where what’s emotional, what’s physical, and what’s existential are all layered. Sometimes that looks like trauma that has quietly shaped an entire life. Sometimes it’s a neurological event that changed everything overnight.
Sometimes it’s someone who has never had language for what they’re carrying. What these people share is that standard approaches haven’t been enough — and they need something more rigorous, more integrated, and more attuned to the full picture of who they are.
I work with individuals experiencing:
Depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles
Trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD
Childhood trauma
Sexual trauma
Men's mental health and emotional well-being
Men exploring their sexuality, masculinity, or identity
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Autism in adults
Acquired brain injury or concussion
Chronic fatigue, burnout, and ME/CFS
Chronic pain
Chronic illness and complex medical issues that affect daily function
Life transitions that make daily functioning difficult
