  3. Occupational Therapy Home Visit- $ 372/ 50 minutes (Includes travel time in Vancouver and documentation).

  4. Occupational Therapy Follow-up Home Visit- $ 352/ 50 min (Includes travel time in Vancouver and documentation).

    *For home visits outside Vancouver, an additional travel fee applies and will be confirmed before booking.
